We implemented real-time GPS tracking for vendor employees, monitoring their location and movement across remote solar plant sites. Instant alerts were provided for unauthorized movements or deviations from assigned routes. A unified web dashboard accessible to all departments aggregated data from all solar plant sites into a centralized platform, enabling real-time data visualization and reporting. IoT sensors were integrated to monitor equipment status, environmental conditions, and employee activities, facilitating remote diagnostics and troubleshooting. Cloud computing ensured scalability, secure data storage, and real-time data processing. Finally, a dedicated vendor management module tracked attendance, work hours, task completion, and automated billing/payment processes based on employee activities and performance.
